Capital Tower sits on Waterloo Road overlooking Waterloo Station with good connections to the Southbank and beyond.

PLD have been approached to design proposals for the refurbishment of the reception, landlord, staff amenity, meeting, end of trip and work spaces withing the building. 

The design will adopt sustainable and circular design principles refurbishing and recycling where possible to minimise replacement, improving the space with mood enhancing biophilic design and high quality, robust, furniture and fittings.
