BIID Accredited CPD Provider Benefits

  • Promotion to BIID Registered Interior Designers®

    Your CPD will be highly recommended to BIID Registered Interior Designers® who are required to gain 20 CPD hours per year.

    Listing on the BIID CPD Providers Directory on the BIID website, as a provider of BIID accredited CPD

    Announcement of your newly accredited CPD through the BIID e-newsletter and social media.

The Process

All the benefits above are included in the annual fee for CPD Provider subscription of £495 + VAT. This is payable by BACS or credit/debit card.

There is an application fee of £195 + VAT per CPD assessed.

CPDs that have a current RIBA or ASID (IDCEC) accreditation will not incur an application fee.

  • Accreditation will not be granted for modules that compete with BIID’s current CPD and mentoring offerings.
     
  • Providers must be limited companies, not individuals.
     
  • Providers must have a searchable website.
     
  • Providers must deliver specialist training on goods and services (services tied to specific products) tailored for specifiers, i.e., interior designers.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The BIID reserves the right to refuse CPD Provider status to applicants.
  2. Upon completing the CPD Provider application form, companies are committing to a non-refundable £195 + VAT application fee. 
  3.  Invoicing is done on an annual basis from 1st April to 31st March each year. Companies who apply mid-year will be issued an invoice calculated monthly on a pro-rata basis.
  4. No refund of a subscription or part subscription is possible
