Three Years Of Award Winning Residential Projects
Get inspired with three years of award winning residential projects
The BIID Interior Design Awards recognises projects from all sectors, of all shapes, sizes, and budgets. Here we celebrate some stand out projects from the past three years, that represent residential interior design.
We celebrated commercial interiors in an earlier article, so if you have a commercial project, we'd still love to see it entered into this years Interior Design Awards.
2024 Midlands And East Anglia Winner - Chantel Elshout Studio

The Old Hill View project was celebrated by the judges for blending modern and rustic elements in this family home. Traditional materials were repurposed and sustainability was a significant factor with product choices improving energy efficiency.
2024 South West And Wales Shortlist - Gemma Wright Design

The Pool House demonstrates that you can enter the awards with a project of any size. This 65 sqm project caught the eye of the judges by overcoming challenges such as wet environments and limited natural light while harmonising with a nautical design theme.
2024 Greater London Shortlist - KSR Architects And Interior Designers

The IO House was a mammoth project at 2000 sqm. The judges were impressed with the use of cutting edge technology in this impressive family home. The house features 'Gamification of Interior Design', with dynamic elements like digital art, holography, and an interactive staircase.
2023 Scotland & NI Winner - Pringle and Pringle

Great design is not confined to London as showcased in this fantastic project on the Isle Of Arran, off the coast of Scotland. Pringle and Pringle were celebrated by the judges for their approach to multigenerational living. The house compliments the beautiful, natural surroundings it sits in.
2022 Interior Of The Year - The Vawdrey House

The Greenwich House project not only won in it's region but took home the coveted 'Interior Of The Year' prize at the 2022 awards ceremony. The project was acclaimed for its meticulous attention to detail and the power of design in completely transforming a home.
