Burbeck was engaged to design and project manage the full refurbishment of a compact yet characterful one-bedroom flat in the prestigious heart of Mayfair, London. Despite its small footprint, this unique property required a complete overhaul to maximize space, functionality, and style. The client’s vision was to transform the flat into a chic, boutique-style residence reminiscent of a trendy East London hotel—combining edgy, industrial-inspired elements with luxurious, high-end finishes.

The project encompassed a full redesign of the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, with a strong emphasis on smart space planning and high-impact aesthetics. The kitchen was reimagined to be both stylish and highly functional, featuring sleek, custom cabinetry, modern integrated appliances, and high-quality finishes that added depth and character to the space. In the bathroom, Burbeck incorporated bold materials, contemporary fixtures, and bespoke lighting to create a sophisticated yet urban-inspired sanctuary.

The bedroom was transformed with carefully curated textures and materials, including bespoke furniture installations designed to maximize storage without compromising on style. Custom-built wardrobes, a statement headboard, and mood lighting were incorporated to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
