Nestled in a quiet street in the bustling city of Cardiff, this private residence wanted shading that combined high performance with the ‘wow’ factor. To complement the Crittall doors, Silent Gliss specified their black motorised SG 5600 curtain track. To keep the interior ambience in line with the hygge-scandi feel, we specified Polyflax for the curtains. The sheer fabric, with a light linen-like weave structure, gently diffused the light into the large open-plan living area. In the bedroom, the client wanted soft light during the day and room-darkening at night, so we specified two curtains, ceiling-fixed for the hotel floor-to-ceiling look. Again, the diffused light was achieved with Polyflax, and our Leviso fabric provided the much-needed room darkening for a good night’s sleep.
