This development comprises 25 luxury one and two bedroom apartments in South Wales, tailored to appeal to young professionals seeking high quality serviced living. With an emphasis on premium finishes and contemporary design, the development features amenities such as a communal social area, landscaped gardens, a fitness suite, and shared laundry facilities. Residents also enjoy hotel style guest bedrooms, providing a convenient option for hosting family and friends.

The developer collaborated closely with JB Kind to select 30 minute fire rated Mistral Walnut doors for the communal areas. These solid FD30 Mistral Walnut doors proved ideal for apartment entrances, while JB Kind’s expert joinery team prepared glazed fire doors for the communal areas and stairwells. The project required over 50 Mistral Walnut doors, which delivered both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Inside the apartments, the developer chose JB Kind’s Quattro doors with a smooth primed finish. More than 130 Quattro doors were supplied, the majority of which were FD30 fire rated. Onsite, the contractor painted the doors, including several in a stylish dark green that beautifully complemented the modern kitchen designs.

To enhance the interiors further, the developer opted for acoustic wall panelling in both communal spaces and apartment living areas. JB Kind’s oak veneer acoustic wall panels provided an ideal solution, harmonising with the door designs while offering durability, excellent acoustic properties, and an eco-friendly fire retardant backing made from recycled materials.
