Home 45, is a gorgeous townhouse hidden behind an ornate Georgian façade in London’s Park Lane, and part of the Mayfair Park Residences. This exclusive property boasts luxurious features, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, ornate decor and panoramic views of London.

Our senior project team worked with Clivedale Properties at the newly built ‘Home 45’ which is part of the Dorchester Collection on Park Lane. Designed by the internationally renowned interior design practice Jouin Manku in Paris, Hospitality Projects manufactured a full collection of bespoke furniture and lights, producing over 30 pieces of furniture in total. The designs draw from historical references, blending them with custom-designed features to create sumptuous interior spaces that are organic, elegant and evocative.

The apartment has a range of colour palettes, with a focus on creams, white, earthy browns and golds. A strong use of backlighting gives a warm feeling to the rooms and the open space makes for a comfortable and relaxing feeling.

The sofas and chairs are made of bouclé fabrics, with hand-stitched leather, Cappuccino grey marble and dark brown stained oak timber. To complement the sofas, the same marble and wood form the coffee tables and centrepiece features.
