County Mall in Crawley

The revamped County Mall in Crawley needed a striking commercial lighting feature for its tall atrium. The lights, made from polished acrylic, are fixed to a custom aluminium frame hanging 25 metres up. This commercial LED lighting sculpture spans 125 metres, using colour-changing lights to create a sense of movement. Designed by Nulty Bespoke, it nods to Crawley's aviation history. 

The installation uses flame-treated, heart-shaped acrylic parts welded to the frame. Its changing colours along the entire length give a feeling of flight. The design pays tribute to the town's links with the aircraft industry.
